Shipping and Delivery

We ship NZ-wide, for our regular gift boxes freight to North Island is $15 and South Island is $25. Our Mini Boxes have a flat-rate across the country of $10

Orders received will be created and dispatched the following business day (unless you select an alternative delivery date at checkout).  Please note, all gift boxes included custom engraving so we need a little extra time to create the perfect gift for you.

North Island shipping is typically overnight to urban addresses (no weekend deliveries), please allow an extra 1-2 business days for rural addresses.

South Island shipping is a 2-day inter island service to urban addresses (no weekend deliveries), please allow an extra 1-2 business days for rural addresses.

Free local delivery to Rotorua addresses Monday to Friday, timing tbc.
