WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY GIFT BOX?
Ready-to-ship boxes include all items listed on the product page for each box + your custom engraved wooden disc (in place of regular hand-written greeting card).  This is all carefully packaged with tissue paper, wood wool in your choice of wooden or kraft cardboard box, and finished with jute ribbon or faux leather cord. Beautiful.

Build-Your-Own boxes include whatever amazing goodies you've selected, with the same packaging detailed above, and of course your custom engraved wooden disc. Don't forget to select your box type when building your own gift. Please note the tin box option is not available for Build-Your-Own box.

CUSTOMISATION  - ADD YOUR OWN DETAILS
We can engrave the lid of the box (wood/tin/cardboard) with your personal wording (like a name, quote, dates etc), a logo or simple graphic (eg hearts, stars, flowers etc). Upload your artwork file when adding to cart. 

And if you want to take it to the next level, we can also engrave something special on to the wooden box lid, maybe song lyrics, a detailed graphic etc.  Flick an email to Steph if you have something really special you would like engraved or would like to discuss your options (hello@bespokegiftbox.co.nz)

And nothing says Custom like adding in a photo - upload your fave pic and we will print it as a 6x4 postcard to include in the box.  

DO YOU INCLUDE A HAND-WRITTEN NOTE WITH THE GIFT?
No, we go one better than the standard hand-written note - all boxes include a wooden disc with your message engraved!   Add your greeting, message, logo or graphic to create a forever keepsake 🤎  Again, upload your artwork when adding to cart. Don't forget to add your name to the message so the recipient knows who the gift is from.  We don't send any packing slip/documentation etc with the box.

CAN I ADD EXTRA ITEMS TO A READY-TO-SHIP BOX?
Absolutely! We have a range of different sized wooden and kraft boxes so we can usually fit extra items.  Just select the additional items and Add To Cart.  

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
For sure.  Once you've placed your order, email Steph at hello@bespokegiftbox.co.nz if there is something you would like to change, add etc.  Happy to make it work for you.

PACKAGING
We keep it pretty green around here - boxes are packed with zero plastic, just kraft corrugated cardboard and cartons, tissue & brown paper and paper tape.  

CAN I GET A RECEIPT/INVOICE FOR MY ORDER?
Please email Steph at hello@bespokegiftbox.co.nz if you would like a GST invoice/receipt.  This will be sent out pronto.

CAN I SEND A BESPOKE GIFT BOX INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently ship within NZ, but Steph will happily get you a price to ship elsewhere - hello@bespokegiftbox.co.nz

HOW MUCH TO SHIP?
Our Mini Box range currently has free shipping.
All other gift boxes are $15 across North Island and $25 for South Island.

CAN I SPECIFY DELIVERY DATE FOR MY ORDER?
Yes definitely.  Choose your delivery date at checkout.  Please allow extra delivery time for rural addresses.

CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE GIFT BOXES SENT TO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES?
For multiple box orders, please email Steph at hello@bespokegiftbox.co.nz  to obtain the best shipping rates for your order.  

WHERE IS FREE LOCAL DELIVERY?
Bespoke Gift Boxes is located in Rotorua, and we will deliver free of charge to any address within a 15km radius of the Rotorua CBD.  Love Local!
